Delivery and tracking

Delivery is carried out worldwide thanks to AHASHA delivery, partner postal operators and courier services. Customers from Ukraine can choose a postal operator operating on the territory of the country (Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, Justin). You can track the order on the website or in the application of the selected delivery service. Delivery charges are based on the carrier's rates.

Methods, terms and cost of delivery are set by the delivery service.

AHASHA platform does not provide pickup services.

To change the delivery address, the Customer must make the appropriate changes in the ordering process before making the payment. From the moment of payment for the order, redirection of the goods is not possible.

To check the delivery time of the sent order, open the letter delivered by e-mail.

The speed of delivery of goods depends on the delivery service.

Delivery terms depend on the policy of the delivery service.

When the item is sent, a confirmation email will be sent to you. To check if the item has been sent, open "My Orders"

in "My Account"

The goods delivery service assumes the availability of information about the status of your order in the “My Orders”

section. If the information is missing, then there are technical problems on the site. Reload the page and wait while the site is undergoing technical work, or contact the “Hotline” of the delivery service.

To check the tracking number of the parcel, the Customer needs to open the letter sent by e-mail.
