Complaints and requests for AHASHA to intervene
Each user, when creating unique content, must accept all the conditions and guarantee high-quality work.
In case of violation of the terms and use of content that may be directly or indirectly offensive to other users of AHASHA platform, blocking and imposing sanctions will be carried out.
If valid complaints are received against the User's account, the account will be deleted.
You need to go to the profile you want to report. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Complain. Follow the instructions on the screen.
More than 50 complaints are needed for moderators from AHASHA Help Desk to consider imposing sanctions and deleting the account.
AHASHA Platform may permanently delete an account for:
- failure to meet deadlines and publish low-quality materials;
- violation of the rules and norms of the AHASHA community;
- using the profile for illegal activities;
- impersonating another person.
You need to go to the profile you want to block. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen. Select “Block”. Click “Confirm”. This account will not be able to write messages and view publications of the User who blocked it.
You need to go to the profile you want to unblock. Click the icon in the upper right corner of the screen. Select “Unblock”. Click “Confirm”.
You need to go to the Settings of your profile - section Account data - section Blocked accounts - click Unblock next to the name of the required User. After unlocking, this account can write messages and see the publications of the User again.
